| I. Where We
Are Now.
1.We are on the right path.
2.We are heading in the right direction.
A. As with every trip, when we come to a crossroads, we
need to take a look at the map to make sure we don't make a wrong turn.
II. The Direction We Are Headed In.
1. The main purpose of the church is to tell the world about Jesus, so they
might be saved.
A. The problem is, the word does not want to hear.
B. The world mocks the church.
C. The world has no fear of God.
2. To get the world to respect God.
A. The world should fear God, even if they don't serve
Him.
Josh 2:9 (KJS) And she said unto the men, I know that the LORD
hath given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all
the inhabitants of the land faint because of you.
10 For we have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red sea for you,
when ye came out of Egypt; and what ye did unto the two kings of the Amorites,
that [were] on the other side Jordan, Sihon and Og, whom ye utterly destroyed.
11 And as soon as we had heard [these things], our hearts did melt, neither
did there remain any more courage in any man, because of you: for the LORD your
God, he [is] God in heaven above, and in earth beneath.
Josh 6:1 (KJS) Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the
children of Israel: none went out, and none came in.
II. How We Are Going To Get There.
1. The world will never fear God until they see the acts of God.
A. Gods Glory must be seen in these last days.
2. The church must prepare itself for the glory of God.
A. Get the sin out.
B. Get the reverence, holiness, and fear to continue in
sin, back in the church.
3. Restoration of the Prophet.
A. The Prophet will correct the church by the Word of God
B. Jesus warned that in the last days, there would be
false prophets.
C. To many people say, "Thus saith the Lord",
when it's not God.
III. The Deception
That God will never send times of trouble to correct His people.
1. 1Kings 18:2 God had called for a famine because of the sin of the
people.
2. God always sends His Word first.
2Tim 3:16 (KJS) All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God,
and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction
in righteousness:
3. But if God's people don't listen to His Word, "lean times" will
get your attention.
That God will never send Judgment to those who oppose Him.

III. The Solution.
1. Do what God says to do.
2. Be Holy.
3. Desire spiritual gifts.
4. Expect God to move Sovereignty.
