Roger Sipes was born in Pittsburg, Kansas in 1958, to Mack and Rosemary Sipes.

He lived there until he was married to his wife Cindi, in 1976, and they moved 10 miles east just across the state line to Missouri. In 1991 they purchased 60 acres outside of Lamar, MO where they now reside

Roger and Cindi have three children, Heather, Tiffany, and Zechariah.

In 1983 Roger was "Born Again" after watching Kenneth Copeland and soon after realized that God had placed a call on his life to Preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

After filling in from time to time at churches in the area, and then preaching in a Rest Home in Lamar, MO., In 1992 Roger started Believer's Bible Church in Pittsburg, KS., where he and his wife currently Pastor.

Roger and Cindi are once again being pulled by The Spirit of God, this time in the direction of Evangelism. God always equips those whom He calls, and the Gifts of the Holy Spirit are active in the Ministry of Roger Sipes and his wife Cindi.
